Guest satisfaction – our main priority!

The German Service Quality initiative (ServiceQualität Deutschland) has existed in Saxony since 2003. More than 280 service providers in the state and over 4000 in Germany have been granted this certificate so far. These companies carry the label Service-Q. Our hotel in Grundmühle has held this certification since January 2015, because we do not leave quality to chance.
