Sauberes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Nutzung durch mobile Gästekarte. Freundliches Personal, Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. (Salate, Aufschnitt)

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, z pięknym otoczeniem. Przyjazna obsługa. Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone, z lokalnych produktów, a produkty częściej uzupełniane na półmiskach.

    Przytulny, ciepły pokoik, dość miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy. Przestronna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Brakuje w pokoju czajnika elektrycznego i kubków, żeby zrobić sobie w pokoju herbatę.

wir bedauern sehr, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnten. Das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste liegt uns besonders am Herzen.
Leider hatten wir keine Information, dass in Ihrem Zimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch war, den wir auch nicht mehr nachvollziehen können. Bei der Zimmerreinigung ist uns dabei nichts aufgefallen.
Gern hätten wir während Ihres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes reagiert und Ihnen ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.
Zukünftige Gäste möchten wir bitten, uns über Wünsche oder Unzufriedenheit umgehend zu informieren, damit wir reagieren können.

Gut, wenn man keinen Luxus möchte. Die Wege nach Bad Schaundau sind immer recht weit sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der Fähre (regelmäßig warten.), aber das ist okay, wenn man sich drauf einlässt.
